Peanuts
As we all know, a peanut is neither a pea nor a nut. It is a legume. All I know is they make a huge mess when you eat them in the car. Here is some more interesting tidbits about peanuts.

Watch out, Salem Sue!
The rumors are true! The GoE Guys are headed to New Salem for the annual Cow Town Hoe-Down! I can't believe it's been a whole year since we've seen Salem Sue. I'm sure she misses us. Right now, it's Friday, and we're in Mandan shackin' up at the ol' Seven Seas Hotel. We just had a bite to eat at Applebees in Bismarck for those irresistible 2-for-1 apps that we can't seem to pass up every time we go through the capitol city! After we hit up New Salem it's off to Bowman! We'll be gone from home for awhile, Fargo, so don't wait up for us! Shot out to Kimmers!

A Single Cloud
Today there was only a single cloud in Jamestown, and that was White Cloud, the famous albino bison born on July 10th, 1996. It's White Cloud days this weekend and the streets are bustling with folks! The weather is beautiful, the sky is clear, and the sun is hot! We just got done with the parade, and it was a lot of fun. Now we're headed out to give y'all gas!
Our digital camera is currently not working for some reason, so we had to run to a local pharmacy and pick up a disposable cam right before the parade. Now we just gotta find a one-hour-photo, so we can get the pics online to you folks as soon as possible! Check ya later!

Powerlines
Driving back from Dickinson made me really appreciate powerlines. What first caught my attention was the overhead lines kept switching to the other side of the road. I thought to myself, "Self, when do these powerlines cross the road? It seems like they just magically keep jumping over to the other side." So, I tried watching them to see what happens when they switch sides...
Watching...
And watching...
But every time they switched, something would distract me, usually a meaningless comment from Matt, who seems to be full of all kinds of random knowledge. Like explaining how stripes on a zebra create an airflow between the hot black stripes and the cool white stripes, thus keeping the animal cool on those hot savanna days.
Anyway, it took almost two hours for me to finally witness the change-over. And to be honest, it wasn't that cool, but it did get me thinking about how awesome powerlines are. Just think, somebody had to string all that stuff across the whole world. Wow, that's amazing!

Roughrider Days
The Roughrider Parade was a blast! It was definitely one of the longest parades we'd been in! I see Matt had mentioned what we now call the "candy throw flow." Well, we're getting better!
We ended up having a pretty good night in Dickinson. We hung out with a bunch of people at a place called Mavericks. We played a lot of pool and Matt pretty much owned up in every game, which is actually a rare occasion. Then we got word of a 10 year class reunion going on over at a place called Army's. So we figured we'd have to crash that! We called someone for directions, but they led us to the other side of town (thanks, Hummel)! It took us about half an hour to realize the place was just down the street from Mavericks. Not only that, but only a couple blocks from our hotel! It was a good time, but I don't think the locals were big fans of our awesome dance moves! That's all for now! Stay tuned...

The Candy Throw Flow
We're off to Dickinson for the annual Roughrider Days! I'm hoping we make it into town in time for the rodeo, but I'm not sure we will. Other than that, I'm not sure what we've got planned for the night. We'll probably scope out the parade route, so we get a good idea on how to maximize the candy flow. Ensuring you have an adequate supply of candy until the last Tootsie Roll you throw is definately a hard-earned talent. The GoE Guys have been in a lot of parades, and we're still trying to master the candy throw flow! If anyone has any tips, we could use 'em!

It's cold in the center...
We just finished up the parade in Center. Man, it was cold out there.
We stopped in a gas station to give away some free gas. It actually wasn't as busy as we thought it would be. This gas can be some hard stuff to give away! Trust me people, there's no catch! It's just free! As long as you track down the GoE Guys!
Adam was pretty funny. He actually stood out in the middle of the road and forced people to stop. Although they thought it was a little odd, everyone was happy in the end!
I've got gas. You've got gas! We've all got gas! Whoohooo!

Center, here we come!
Well, it's been a bit of a long evening for the GoE Guys. We started out in Fargo, hit up Irrigation Days in Oakes, and now we're in Bismarck! We went and got a bite to eat at Buffalo Wild Wings. Our waitress was really awesome. I think she probably had a crush on me. Or was it the other way around? Anywho, it's like 2 in the morning. We're gonna rest up so we have a lot of energy for the parade in Center, ND tomorrow. Later!
